UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
Delivery is free for all orders over £50 in the UK. Please note signature is required.
Otherwise UK Mainland delivery will cost £4.20
We endeavour to have all of your new Manor Fashions garments packed and dispatched the same day, however we do ask that you allow up to 4 working days for delivery.
European and Worldwide
Please email us with the goods you would like to order and the destination country. We can then give you a quote for the cost of sending these.
RETURNS
We hope you are pleased with the fit, quality and value of items bought. All of the items are checked to make sure they are in perfect condition and must be returned to us in the same condition.
Unwanted items may be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged with labels in place, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please enclose the invoice received with your goods and we advise that you obtain a proof of postage which you keep until your account is credited.
As soon as we have received your returned items we will process a refund to your account and this may take up to 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card originally used to make the payment. The cost of return postage is not covered. Please note outbound postage is not refunded. The goods in return transit are your responsibility and we advise that you choose a postage which covers the cost of items being returned.
